What are the differences between all your labels?
We offer our original Regular Sticker Labels which are great for school supplies, sporting and skiing equipment, water bottles, tupperware, books and so much more! We have the same labels available in Slimline for smaller items such as DVD's, CD's, toiletries, pens and camp essentials. Both of these labels are microwave and dishwasher safe! Our other products include Shoe Labels, Iron-On Labels, Press n' Stick Clothing DOTS our original Bag Tags and our new Mini-Metal Bag Tags.
I recently saw labels that had multi-coloured designs - why do you not offer these types?
Beware of imitators! Often these types of labels are printed using regular non-commercial printers. You will find these labels have a "paper feel" to them and that the colours are not as bright or glossy. ALL our products are manufactured using a commercial machine with industrial materials. Our labels come in glossy vibrant bright colours and the text we print on our labels is clear and effective. By using bright colours and keeping them simple makes our labels easier to spot (especially for younger children).
How can I personalize the labels?
You can personalize them with a name, initials, or anything you choose. Have your child choose their favorite icon and get them involved in the process. If you require a specialty logo please email us at info@lovablelabels.ca for information.
Are these labels durable?
Yes, they are made with the highest quality materials possible and are made to withstand children’s environment. Our labels are made with a special “perma-grip” backing that will stick to almost any surface. Our labels are UV resistant, dishwasher and microwave safe. The iron-on labels are made with a special industrial material and are washer and dryer safe. The bag tags are made of special flexible plastic and the metal tags are made out of metal of course.
How are these labels applied?
The Iron-on Labels are applied using a regular household iron and come with simple detailed instructions. Shoe labels are designed and shaped to fit inside the insole of your footwear. Sticker Labels are to be applied to any clean and dry surface and are peel and stick.
How many characters can fit on a label?
Most labels have a maximum of 20 characters but we do have room to add more. If the system is not allowing you to enter the extra characters please use the "Special Instructions / Comments" field upon check-out and enter the information as you would like it to appear on the labels.
How many do I get in a pack?
We offer a generous amount in each pack so you can use your labels on everything! Regular Sticker Labels (Pack of 45), SlimLine Labels (Pack of 90), Shoe Labels (Pack of 24 – for 12 pairs of shoes), Iron-on Labels (Pack of 72), Press n' Stick Clothing DOTS (Pack of 48), Fun Stickies (Pack of 36), and Original Bag Tags or Mini Metal Tags (Pack of 6). We now have a Camp/Starter Pack that has a bit of everything if you can't decide or want to try it all!
What colours can I select?
We have made the process easy for you to choose. Our “Cool” colour combination includes Red, Blue and Orange while our “Pretty” colour combination comes in Pink, Purple and Green. Each pack has an equal number of each colour from the combination you choose.
I need labels for all my kids, what is the best value for my money?

TIP: Have your family name printed on labels and use them for the whole family!
The stickers I received looked so amazing - much better than the ones I previewed, how come?
The preview function is there so our customers can get an idea of what the their chosen text and icon would look like. On the actual stickers the text is stretched to fit the size of the sticker. Our products look much better than the example in the previewer and colours are also more vibrant on the finished product.
How do I order labels?
You can order online, by fax or mail. Please see “Ordering Information” to download an order form if you do not wish to order on-line.
How large are your wristbands?
Both our Vital ID and Medical Wristbands are 10 inches in length and have a one inch width at the widest point (where the information card is inserted). The Wristbands fit a wrist up to 6 inches in circumference and are adjustable due to the velcro wrap.
What is a CVN - Credit Card Verification Number?
The CVN is a security code that is visible, in print, on either the front or the back of all major credit cards. For Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards, the card code is a separate 3 digit number located on the back of your card on or above your signature line (The panel will contain either your entire card number followed by the three-digit code OR the last four digits of your card number followed by the three-digit code). For an American Express card, it is a separate 4 digit number on the FRONT above the end of your card number. The purpose of this code is to help validate that a genuine card is being used during a transaction, especially in situations like mail orders, telephone orders or Internet orders where the card is not present. The CVN is uniquely associated with the plastic card that is issued to the Cardholder and is never printed on a receipt or cardholder statement, nor may it be stored in a merchants' computer system
I'm having difficulty adding my items to the shopping cart! What should I do?

I'm having difficulty placing my order online. What should I do?
We have tried to make our ordering process as easy as possible. If you are a customer from the United States your credit card may be blocked against International transaction and you may need to call the 1-800 on the back of your credit card.
When would I receive my order?
All orders are shipped out within 24 (business) hours of order confirmation. An email will be sent to you once your order has shipped. If you selected an Express or Priority service a tracking number will be sent to you along with the Carrier’s website so you can track your order online.ur order. Lovable Labels Inc. will never share any of your personal information with anyone. We are committed to your privacy. Refund Policy:
Lovable Labels Inc. is committed to customer satisfaction. If we have made a mistake on your order, we will reprint it and ship it to you at no charge. If you are unhappy with your products for any reason, simply send them back within 15 days and we will happily give you a full exchange or refund. Cancelled orders are subject to a service fee.
