General Office / Customer Service Representative

We currently have a leading edge opportunity for a Customer Service Representative / General Office Administrator at Lovable Labels Inc. Head Office in Oakville, Ontario. We seek a motivated results oriented team player with a strong desire to succeed. As a member of the sales team, you will be responsible for all aspects of customer inquiries and order processing. Specific responsibilities and qualifications as follows:

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently (by phone, through social media sites and other online avenues)
  • Answer and direct calls
  • Communicate product offering to assist and recommend to customers
  • Assist in the tracking and tracing of shipments
  • Taking and imputing orders
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of customer issues and follow-ups
  • Maintaining voice mail system and office equipment
  • Backup to “Agent Support” (assisting in answering emails and setups)
  • Contribute to social media outlets such as newsletters, blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
  • Assist in production department of certain products
  • Checking, packing and collating of orders (daily)
  • Assisting Marketing Manager with mail outs and coordinating product giveaways and contests
  • Filing, data entry, organizing office and other office duties as required

Qualifications

  • 2+ years related office experience
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent oral, written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible, strong team player that is able to collaborate, be adaptability, take Initiative and has a sense of urgency
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize with attention to detail
  • Creative writing skills
  • Ability to assess and provide solutions for customers and sales agents
  • Must have sound knowledge of MS Office Suite, World Wide Web, Outlook, Word, Excel and Access
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written), bilingualism (French and English) is an asset
  • Service and team oriented with a strong customer focus and efficient at handling customer inquiries
